Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version Cancel anytime, no fees, no lock-in. You won't be charged again after cancelling. Months already paid for are non-refundable.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your $5/month VIP subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel:

Use the "Manage subscription" link in any Stripe receipt email we've sent you, or
Email hello@crossarm.example from the email address you subscribed with and we'll cancel it on our end.

When you cancel, you keep VIP access through the end of your current paid period. You will not be charged again after that period ends.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Because VIP access is granted immediately on payment, we don't offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, and we don't offer refunds for months already paid, including if you forget to cancel before a renewal date.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge you don't recognize — email us at hello@crossarm.example with your receipt or the last 4 digits of the card used. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will correct genuine billing errors.

Removal from the Discord server

If we remove you from the VIP Discord server for violating server rules or Discord's own Terms of Service, that removal does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. You can still cancel future billing as described above.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing question, please contact us first at hello@crossarm.example — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute, and it avoids dispute fees on both sides.
